No particulars yet on what shareholders will be voting on, but the AGM and Special Meetig to be held Aug. 8 for shareholders of record July 9.

 

If I'm not mistaken, they need to advise shareholders a month prior of what they will be voting on. 

 

Nothing concret yet, but at least they are moving forward with their plan it seems.  JMO
