RE:Up 3%It appears that they are taking this case all the way down to the courthouse steps.

If no deal gets done before July 3 (being July 4 starts an extended long weekend in the US) then its off to court IMO.

However, if they are close to striking a deal then I can see them working overtime to get it done.  The mediation talks must be taking place any day now.

The stock is behaving like a settlement is about to happen.
