You're not convinced? Any company turning a profit has economic value.

I can see several companies in the telecom industry who might be prospective buyers. 
Any of the far-sighted former owners of the paper directory business(es) who foresaw the demise of paper and the imminent growth of digital, and who wisely unloaded the paper directory business on the near-sighted, might be happy to buy back Yellow, provided, of course, 
the price is right.
