What's the reason for the selloff?

What's the reason for the selloff?Because a verdict has yet tba I can only draw the conclusion that there either are a lot of nervous nellies out there - or - that some more deliberate tree-shaking is going on.

I for one intend to hang on this roller coaster ride confident that the dust will settle in a day or two.  

Its becoming a nasty Bear-Bull tug-of-war on this BB and I'm glad I haven't thrown myself into the ring.
