Update

UpdateAs I have mentioned here prior, I have been looking into 'other' means of getting some information from the company.  During this investigation, I have found that if 'material information' is being withheld from the shareholders / public to make an intellegent / informed decision, that is having a negative impact on the stock, a complaint can be made with the local Securities Commission (this case Alberta).

I think we can agree that the lack of information from the company, not only on there plans from 'Increase Shareholder Value' but basic operations, like production numbers etc., has had a negative impact on the share price and shareholder sentament.  Now prove it!

For the last week I have been working on a complaint for the ASC and have forwarded it last night (Sunday) to the intake officer.  Now I have to wait to see if the complaint will be accepted or not.  How good was I able to prove my case?  When I hear anything I will let you people know.

I do have a slight concern, is what will be the reaction of the stock if the compaint accepted and made public?  But can the price get any worse?  I'm suprised there has not been a hostile take-over with were we are right now.  The way my luck works after doing all this, there a major anoucement of some kind. (not saying that I think or know that something is coming, I don't.  Nor do I believe anything is coming soon).

I don't expect the company to release current negociations, but there has been a independant evaluation, what, if any interest there has been in the last 8 months, what do the BOD stand to gain after giving themselves all there stock options while buying back company stock over the past few years.  They have not given any time line and there is open ended gag order.

More to come later
