you need to be careful regarding the difference between "accused of" and "convicted of" I am not here to defend Mark or the company but do not think your posting is fair. There has been no conviction so far, and anyone can accuse in this wonderful world and it is instantly on line.
Your posting is actually something the company can sue you over along with your specualtion regarding GSU.
There have been many successful lawsuits over postings lately!
This market is the worst in 30 years, micro mining is dead and everyone is pointing fingers!

PS: if you are indeed following the company then you would understand the name change, when in Mexico they were looking for Silver (sun) in California they are trying to get and Gold (ensun) mine into prodcution.
