Yes once all the financing is shored up and the cash is in hand to fuel existing and further contracts there is really nothing stopping us from slowly marching forward to a more respectable valuation. At the current pps the Q2 numbers are completely discounted but patience is in order for financing to all come in. A floor is being established here between 25 and 30.
