Okay, I know it is summer.........and compliance is not really paying attention, BUT - what is with the last second trade (15:59:59) by Instanet? Let us be cheerful and give the ham-fist trader a break...as right now there is very little difference between closing down one penny or two. But jeez! Standards, dear hearts...standards!
