RE:RE:RE:OptionsI suppose if you stay with the "future worthless" theme, they could have come to the conclusion that the company was going out of business.

Otherwise it may be a question of dilution, even well "out of the money" options are counted in the calculation of after dilution earnings etc. .

Or, perhaps going with the minimization of dilution theme, the company plans to replace these options with new lower price options that are more attractive to management retention etc.

Perhaps we should ask them.
