Well I actually am discounting some BS here halcro.  Most of it from you and others pro or con, but I wonder if the assets are worth more than FC's $2 million loan?

Is Rex Harbour looking for a capital loss in the $$millions?  Or does he think that there is value in the assets over $2 million?

Harbour wasn't ready to throw in the towel when this got CTO'd, so I don't see him as a quitter. 

Does he think this is "throwing good money after bad" as you said?  He would never have tried to "right the ship" at the AGM if he thought it was, IMO.
