I totally understand your view with regards to a potential positive result from the Markman Hearing, but I believe the market doesn't realize what the partnership with HAMAMATSU PHOTONICS (JAPAN) actually means to a small company like Zecotek.

Once the market sees the potential in Zecotek's partnership with a Glogal Leader like Hamamatsu, then the Markman Hearing will take a back seat, IMO.

I'm not underestimating the impact of a positive result for ZMS from the Hearing, actually I believe they will get a positive decision, but that isn't what will make ZMS a company, because they already are.

What it will do is get more eyes on the stock so the market can properly valuate their assets, and that's what I believe you said, so to that I do agree. 

I'm just not into putting a 16 day timeline on this or anything for that matter, because I know what can happen when a timeline is not met.  JMO
