Ringfencing ???

Ringfencing ???Now that the case of the gold mine seems settled, i think the next critical step in the ringfencing of TRQ could be SGQ. It of course would be a bargaining chip in the GOM-RIO saga.

In my opinion, for months now, in order to minimize the damages from potential attacks on TRQ (not only financial stakes) , RIO has been ringfencing TRQ so that it becomes a pure single purpose vehicle to hold and operate the 66% in OT without anything else that could held as "hostage".

Now it boils down to the South Gobi stake which is a very complex case.

TRQ may simply "give it" (in some ways) to GOM in a final (?) bargaining.
