RE:SMA
Actually, the 13 day MA ($4.21 at present) looks like it's about to move below the 20 day MA ($4.16) soon. If this happens then I would have to think that this bubble is about to burst.
Since it's broken and stayed below the 20 day MA of $4.16 for 7 trading days now, I would think that if this puppy doesn't get extremely bullish news, and at this stage a buy-out is not feasible IMO, then it should not only stay below the 20 day MA but move lower on what should be the start of an official downtrend.
Of course the_chief feels this is the last chance below $4, just like it was before it was supposed to break above $5.
I agree, we're not always correct, but for goodness sake, this has been a 3600% winner for the_chief and his crew, so how greedy can one get? This has been overdone for quite some time now, and it now needs to prove economics.
Just stating that the graphite concentrate was separated by a "simple" flotation process, and that the purity was obtained by a cheap caustic bake, doesn't cut it.
The cost of producing 1 tonne of 99.99% graphite......Exactly How Much Is the COST per TONNE?
Stay tuned, investors should know by Spring 2014 as per official public communique. JMO
