RE:Wilan and Apple agreement?I sure hope JS is not just spouting off again.  Talk is cheap with these guys.

The Apple et al trial is within 2 months now so we're coming down to the wire again.  There must also be a pre-trial conference scheduled 2 weeks prior which would be around mid-September.  If any news of a settlement is going to happen it will be between now and then IMO.  

With other Big names like Samsung, Intel and Dell already signed on the 802/222 patents, I don't have a clue what Apple's motivation would be to go to trial, other than to contest the royalties being demanded.  WiLAN's chances of winning here are a whole lot better than the 3GPP case IMO...they had better be.
