RE:RE:RE:RE:current Short PosCharger Energy RTO'd Seaview Energy(Colbourne Company) and 2 other companies in 2012. That's where the Deep Basin Production comes from in SGL. Progress Energy owned 10 million shares of Charger before the merger that formed SGL but there is no way of knowing now if they had exited their holdings or not.

Current August Presentation does not really talk too much about the Deep Basin assets and I am wondering if these are currently on the block. The Deep Basin is currently seeing increased land aquisitions from the likes of Seven Gen, Paramount, DonnyCreek, Nuvista, Kelt.
