RE:Sandstorm Gold Announces Agreement to Acquire Premier RoyaltyI think it is entirely unfair to announce a 57% improvement one day, then on the next day to announce a takeover using the previous 20 day moving average. As far as I am concerned, they need to improve the ratio if they want my shares.
