RE:RE:Read the Notice of APPEAL 521 and take your positionCabbie...it stands to reason IMO, that if the jury found (incorrecdtly, IMO) that the patents were invalid, they obviously were in no position to rule on the infringement question due to not uderstanding the patents in question....
