Rona vs Nexen

Rona vs NexenNexen management took CNOOC's offer despite opposition from scare mongers.
Rona on the other hand, rejected Lowe's $14.5/share offer in 2012 to make quebec happy.  Rona is now trading at @10.84, some 34% less than lowe's offer and still facing uphill battle with competiton in an overcrowded space market.   Look at how emotion plays out in what is a financial and economic soundness decision.
