Well all i kow is scotia iTrade and they fill their orders Fast and it is pretty accurate. If you have >25K in equities they avephenomenal commission rates, since I dont they nail ya $25 per trade...25 to buy, 25 to sell....They supply alot of great information and research tools. The technical support sucks though which isnt suprising. That my 2 cents.
