Updated Corp Presentation

Updated Corp Presentation
There is an updated presentation on their website. (just a few slides updated essentially).  However, they seem to maintain that construction will begin 2013 (dependent on financing), does anyone out there really think construction in 2013 is possible?  It's almost September....
