RE:New resource map for 1MM OZ LPond Gold DepositI also noticed something: When looking at the map, don't get confused by the 900 metre number showing at the bottom. This is not the depth. It is in fact the width of the deposit - almost 1km!.
The depth numbers are shown on the right hand side, statrting from the elevation above sea level(about 400m), and going down about 300 meters for the open pit portion and then showing the data to date for the rich stuff(2gpt minimum which is also in big wide blocks conducive for mining) so far identified for the Under Ground Workings.
So far they have lots of open pit data down 300m(to the 100m level), but have only scratched down about 150m more here and there into the rich zones below). How rich and how deep this will go is anybody's guess...mine is for about 3kms, meaning almost 3000m more!!...C.G.
