RE:RE:Net proceeds from the funds raised will be used to complete the transfer of technology
ZMS is a growing company, and with some luck, it will not only grow, but do so in an expedited fashion.

A growing company needs money.  It can't ride the coattails of their larger partner, otherwise they might as well just give away their technology and be taken over at an early stage for peanuts.

No one ever likes dilution/financings, but one must understand why one is needed.

In Zecotek's case, they are funding commercialization.  They are not funding themselves just to stay afloat or for R&D purposes only.

Money raised will have a substantial return when further sales come in, and having Hamamatsu as a partner, sales could come in rather quickly, instead of just a trickle.

It's a non-brokered placement.  That should mean they already have enough investors lined up so it shouldn't take long to close.  Another positive IMO. atb
