RE:NVS

RE:NVSbridgediver - I agree with you that I wish I would have never heard about NVS.  Over the years it has cost me a lot of money.  And be sure that I will not hold any stock that has Hugh as a CEO or any BOD.  Not holding an AGM tells me that the BOD have taken over the company without shareholders consent.

I think we'll get numbers Friday, but I don't believe a deal is close.  It would not surprise me if we see a law suit against the BOD if things don't change.

My feeling is this may go to a hostile take-over and anyone that says that a deal is close is like saying there will be news, this week-end, or the next couple of weeks, or my favorite the long week-end ..... that we have been hearing for months.

People we as shareholds have the right / duty to stand up to the BOD that we have elected to run OUR company.  A complaint to the ASC and TSX-v is only an e-mail.  It is hard to agrue that the lack of information from the BOD is the result of our stock price.

It is up to all of use to force the BOD to do what is right.  Doing nothing is tell the BOD they are doing what the shareholders want.
