September would be when the pre trial conference is held for the Apple/HTC et al trial on Oct 8. I suppose jury selection would also happen around that time too.

Everyone's hoping for a settlement before we get to that point, but all bets are off if we do IMO.

It's do-or-die for WiLAN on this one.
