Y would Percision go this far with MBI with thier partnership and commercilization agreement and defending law suites against MBI just to take them over? They may have the capital, but thats just infancide, that would be killing a beautiful business partnership like smith n wesson, lol.
If they plan to they ould have to eat up shares right now at 15 cents plus to drive the price up, eating up the asks. By then they would be so drained the share price may reach 25 cents p/s leavng a ton of outstanding shares...NOT a majority ownership....
