RE:RE:RE:TD downgrades from a buy to a hold That's an interesting comment. On the bullish side I like the fact the company is moving back up solidly - nobody is going to pay an enormous premium, so keep pushing up the stock and then pay a 30% "premium".  

Hopefully they are looking at a spinco. These guys have no trouble at all ramping from zero to a few thousand BOE's a day.
