There are also 18 million options and 4.2 million warrants, brining full dilluted...to 189.4 plus 22.4 or 211.8 million.  Throw in debt and youre talkig about 2 dollars a share. I assume the procceds from excercise of options and warrnats will end up with the acquirer.
