Documents did finally surface on sedar under each company name. www.sedar.com
I just ran out of paper at 115 pgs. there is a lot of really good boiler plate here.

A simpler approach would be to look at this as a cash on cash deal, but then Zara doesn't have any so I guess we better read the docs.
