RE:Mudcreeker is Right!I agree for the most part that we are being screwed. I posted immediately after the offer that reporting very good second quarter results and then immediately triggering based on the 20 day average is unfair to existing shareholders. To me, it smacks of using insider knowledge against existing shareholders. I think it would also be a nice goodwill gesture if they extended the life of the 2014 warrants but I ain't holding my breath at this point.

To me, hiring lawyers will cost us more than we can likely recover, particularly the tight time frame. However, it is diffficult to organize a diverse group of shareholders to try to get any action. Has anyone raised their concerns with management?
