Where is the disclosure?

Let's say I am a shareholder of VGN and I am interested in this "offer". I should be able to pick up the circular and find out all I need to know in order to make an informed decision. There is no disclosure on the targets. I assume Visible Gold's property is quite advanced, as they have spent a lot of money on it. What assets does Altai have other than their cash? There is nothing here on any of it. There is some very thin disclosure on Zara, but I don't care about that. Just looking at the pro forma I can see that all of the assets are coming form the targets, so I would expect the disclosure to focus on those assets. This is a con job...
