Looks unlikely there will be another offer as this seems to be a real sweet heart deal between the two companies.  I think the deal is fishy given the precipitious drop in share price right prior to the buy out.  As someone siad previously, the small guy gets the shaft and the big boys get rich.   

I would be out if I was holding.  Go on, take the money and run!
