If anyone here is familiar with Caldera Res. (cdr.h), who had a great property in Armenia and it became the subject of court action in New York. The case seemed like a slam dunk for CDR and they lost and so did its shareholders .
So I agree with lemooseman that the Treaty property is to valuable to let sit there for years while court action and appeals take years to slowly wind its way thru the system.
