are you sure?I may be wrong, but using the following numbers: (i) 40 million shares; (ii) margin of about 30%; (iii) reported sales about $11 million with (iv) a management plan that called for $12 million sales; ... sure, profit that is currently on hand and in the bank may not support $2.20, but many people look not just at the rear view mirror, but also through the front car window. And if the unreported sales make sales totals closer to the $18-21 million range, the price  of $2.10 is entirely justified. It's all about the sales. I suspect there have been sales since the last public news of a couple months ago that have not been reported. 

Still, I like the point of view of beware of 'pump and dump'. Always good to be cautious and see the worst.
