Buy or what
Unitizing a big area would make sense as long as ARN got full value for the infrastructure. But I think only refinancing some debt and more farm outs are what will keep the banks happy. If you owe the bank $1,000,000 it is your problem. If you owe the bank $100,000,000 it is there problem.
