Bernard Valcourt HAS to sign the permit by 28th Sept. per regulations. Where is he? He requested one thirty day extension on Aug 30th. ( another poster copied his notice here ) The regulations allow only 1 extension for approval or denial. I cannot image a denial, however.

Question is what day in the next two weeks will the permit get signed by him?  Tomorrow am? If it happens during trading hours CZN will request a trading halt.  This week?

I have to admit he is taking his sweet time, and all he has to do is rubber stamp it so to speak.

So we all have the end game in sight, since Sept 28th is a Saturday, I suppose he could do it then. But he needs to get on the job already and stop the stalling.
15 years and down to two weeks.

Get with the program Bernie!
