As an investor, run away from problems .. generally speaking

As an investor, run away from problems .. generally speakingIMHO: This is a dead horse for the following reasons:
1. It seems to be quite correct that management does not have enough skin in the game (as some referred to here).
2. TOL assets were shown to all other companies and none was enterested. It is such a seller market that it even gets worse off when you put yourself for sale .. you completely lose leverage.
3. LTS almost has no room to either buy this or reject the deal. If you know how banks work, you will know what I am talked about.
4. As an investor, generally speaking we should be running away from problems. You dont want to hang your hopes on an against vote.
My take on this yes that was\is a bad deal, move on. Good luck to all.
