RE:RE:Long Term Value?

RE:RE:Long Term Value?Definitely not an insider.  Hopefully the knowledge level of my questions indicates that.

My friend is convinced that the sky is the limit for the share price since the presentation essentially states that they they have no real competitors and once the market understands the speed and accuracy of assessments using their technology/database that a dramatic increase in customers/revenue will occur.  Sounds good in the presentation, I just can't find any sales plans or supporting marketing strategy to validate.

A number of analyst reports I have seen assess ZAIO as undervalued with a target in the .40 range but have a bright red flag on financials (hence my focus).  Probably the best point you make is "If ZAIO becomes cash flow positive..."  How can I assess their plan to do that when I can't get a handle on their sales/revenue plans?  Any idea on how I can get a better view of this?

Your suggestion on looking at the fully diluted shares upon full conversion of shares and warrants sounds good but to be honest is a little over my head.  I'd classify myself as a person with solid business knowledge (e.g. cash flow, income statement, etc.) but a bit of a neophyte investor.  I'm looking at ZAIO as the high risk part of my portfolio with plans to limit any investment I may make to no more than 5% of my total portfolio.  Certainly seems I have found a high risk play.

Hopefully these comments make it clear that I am not an insider.
