Korea zinc didn't participate in the private placement as much as they exercised an anti-dilution clause in their contract that allows them to buy ENOUGH shares at the offering price to keep their percentage ownership of Woulfe the same (and no more, e.g. they can't use this clause to increase it). It IS a bullish indicator for the stock (what insider would throw good money after bad), but unfortunately anti-dilution clauses are still not well understood by most investors.
