If that were the case and the price to be paid was at a significant premium to market, then we would have seen some fireworks in the trading activity this week. Someone always knows, plain and simple. IMHO, another shoe could be about to drop, perhaps it is earnings related or confimation of WSJ story from the other day or something else we're not aware of.
