did you ever stop to think that maybe prem's plan is to make everyone think he's doing an impersonation of a vulture here and scooping this up on the cheap (when, in fact, he'd be perfectly happy if someone else outbid him). all those who are belly aching about this deal now might think otherwise if another bidder does not show up, the due diligence does not come up roses or worse yet, some sort of material adverse change (MAC) event were to occur and all the bankers suddenly get and go to the bathroom when the bill shows up
