as we approach the all time high

here are 3 aspects of NCI ( 2 fundamentals and one technical):
1- very low float 31 millions shares
2- very profitable company with fast growing EPS
3- technically the MACD turning positive today after a little hesitation
and lastly, yesterday 500,000 shares and today almost no shares selling: this is what HUNTERS are looking for, anymore cheap shares or shall we hurry up before the crowd starts to buy! after 52 cents the whole world will hear the story once again. so you close your eyes you open again too late we are at 70 cents a few hours later.
