Allana must have had an "exploration" licence and therefore we must deduce that it was valid during the year long suspension period. There have been no exploration licences granted (according to this report) in this period and they haven't issued any up to now. I wonder how this will tie into our mining licence or do we have a so called grandfather clause. Just trying to take the "sdomae" approach and spin something negative into this. I certainly can understand timelines being delayed for various bureaucratic reasons, but would take a dim view on withholding information that coinsides with this release.
