RE:More news out now! I am still confused...These are reasonable concerns.  Bigger concern is even if they do close this then they will need more capital very soon.  REal investors will want to wait for the deal, which will come with a juicy warrant and a nice discount to the market.  

Also how would you feel being the new insider who has just paid $2.46M for stock that someone else bought today for $900K.  

These press releases today cannot make this any better.  The first one was a re-print of a deal announced almost a year ago and the second one was the MD&A that was released last night.
