Interesting as I am looking at the Chart: CUP-WITH-HANDLE PATTERN. (very close to buying point)

Sure looks inviting on the chart, such a beautiful pattern; news is perhaps near.

Trading has been very thin lately as well.

Something is up.

Going to breakout soon from the .16 .18, which puzzels me why they keep holding it here, again perhaps its part of the number require for it to be for the financing final arrangements to apply for options for the new directors that will be appointed once the deal is finalized.
