2013-10-01 16:44 ET - News Release

Mr. Randy Hayward reports

INTERCEPT ADDS TWO NEW HEATING UNITS TO ITS FLEET

Intercept Energy Services Inc. (formerly Global Green Matrix Corp.) will take delivery of two new tri-axle Peterbuilt trucks designed and installed with state-of-the-art highly efficient, proprietary heating technology. The trucks will be added to the company's existing fleet and will be used to heat water used for fracking purposes.

Randy Hayward president and chief executive officer, stated: "The addition of two more units will provide us with more versatility and flexibility with respect to expanding our customer base. Our primary goal is to continue to create value for our shareholders as we expand throughout Western Canada and into the USA."

These additional units are the sixth generation of the frack water heating technology and have gone through significant enhancements that have shown improved performance of these highly specialized frack water heating units. Intercept Energy has additional units being manufactured to meet the demand within the industry. These additional units are expected to be delivered this month.

The company also announces that in relation to its stock option plan, it has cancelled two million options previously issued in April, 2013, to a consultant. The options were set at a 10-cent exercise price and were to expire on April 17, 2017.
