Interesting......but i want the details
Who is behind this and what is the rationale?  Does this mean martin is out?  Interesting timing on insider purchases because I dont believe martin had a single share beyond options prior to his purchase last month.

If its a change at the top, I'm happy happy......but want the details of who is getting the cash that the dynamic duo has been drawing for personal compensation. 

The thing that makes me go hmmmm is XT is an attractive shell with limited shares and good cash.  This has to have something to do with a change at the top.
