...a pre-production technical release. Acceptance, upon completion of the clarification review:

 

The reason for examining the potential higher open-pit resource tonnage sensitivity was the view by the Company that a higher strip ratio than that stated in the January 2013 NI 43-101 compliant resource estimate report was quite achievable due to the very high open-pit resource grades in excess of 8 g/t Au.

And we all understand the need for cautionary language:

As the Company does not intend to complete a feasibility study prior to potentially commencing small scale production at San Albino there may be increased risk of failure.

And I guess I was not that far off with the date of the small modular plant...figuring it would be early 2015 as the Company is aiming for the end of this year.

So as the glass-half-empty crowd read the release and mewl and whine and seize upon *only* the cautionary language, the rest of us are now in agreement that the production question has not only been raised - it has been answered.
