Not bad.  No capital expenditure required to become a swing producer. 

"This opportunity is unique to us due to the configuration of the FSC mill" (from today's news release, which I read to be very positive for the company).

This link provides you with current and historical prices of pulp (going up to 30 years back).  Current market not bad and looks set to remain so.  Maybe FTP accidentally stumbled onto its own salvation.  The company is very highly operationally leveraged.  If they get good margins as they anticipate, there could be fireworks at the share price level:
