Those notes you posted from the CIBC report should not be pushed back a week IOH because they make reference to the trial date change. I'm looking for them to settle prior to going to court.

But I definitely agree that the longer Apple et al takes the more its going to cost them. Decide by Monday or begin court proceedings and immediately take a double hit on payments IMHO.

Apple sure can afford it - and it would be a home-run for WiLAN if they should win.
