Yes, thats the reason, lol. 1.6 million shares today, over 4 million since the announcement. The "smart money" who bought between the 3rd and 11th might be all out. Didn't work out so great for them. How many of that "clairvoyant" group were/are posters here?

Schaeffer puff piece also timed to maximize share price on Tuesday. Thud!

I emailed IR to ask 1) If deal was signed on the 3rd why was the stock halted eight days later? 2) Why is the web site down in such a crucial time, when new investors would be drawn by tne NR?? 3) I note TPN received a one million dollar cash payment, is it a conincidence that is just about what is needed to pay slaries for a year???
